Merge data from TCM and Cartoon Network into one channel - This is necessary because RDS-RCS (Romania) sends Cartoon Network between 05.00 and 21.00 and TCM between 21.00 and 05.00 on the same frequency, and in port.ro channel program information is available in full all day.

(probably the same thing in Czech Republic and Slovakia).
