Pursuant to bugs #363 and #364 relating to _na_dtv
I've removed WWW::Mechanize which is known to be profligate with memory and was, I believe, the cause of the problems with xmltv.exe
To be on the safe side I've also added a command line option to control the number of child processes spawned, which I've defaulted to 1. Previously the grabber always spawned 8 children. In fact if the number of procs requested is 1 then no forking takes place (to avoid any issues with perl's fork() emulation in the Windows build).
Please can you reinstate _na_dtv into the Windows build (I think it was removed from the Windows build a while ago) and build a new alpha version for me to test.
Thanks,
Geoff
