since about 2/09/2009
we can't configure and get french programs from the program provider "Telepoche" (fetch error).
"Telepoche" modified its web.
this pb was corrected by the former maintainer of tv_grab_fr
it supplied a fixed tv_grab_fr from its site

becareful this is a windows ansi text version
i joined the unix ascii version
