Hello,

I’m writing an xmltv grabber for zap2it (i’ll put it on github under MIT when I’m done :) ) and would be delighted about some help. My xml file does not validate! The problem seems to be somewhere in the program information

You can find an example file at http://pastebin.com/HbqPxJN6 <http://pastebin.com/HbqPxJN6>.

tv_validate_file output is at http://pastebin.com/BDEHAhis <http://pastebin.com/BDEHAhis>.

Thanks in advance for your help!

FYI, I believe it is against their website's Terms of Service.

A better alternative (granted it's $25/year) is Schedules Direct. One
reason they allow SD and it's predecessor to exist is to avoid people
scraping Zap2IT.com Before the alternatives, scrapers were putting a
heavy load on their server. Scrapers really are a lot of work to maintain.

(Disclaimer: I'm currently President of Schedules Direct and wrote the
grabber for Zap2IT labs when Tribune offered that if we removed the
zap2it.com scraper)
