[Xmltv-devel] Wiki registration broken?

The wiki login page:

... says "To obtain a user account, you must _request_one_." When I
click that link, I get a 500 Internal Server Error.

Wiki registration page is partially fixed.

There is a problem in the anti-spammer mechanism when you confirm an email address it doesn't seem to take. Go ahead and register, I should see the
registration in the queue and will approve it. When I get some time to figure out the deeper probably, I'll fix that too.

Registrations are not automatic on the WIki any more due to all the link spam we were getting. In practice, very few people need the ability to
update the wiki so accounts are manually approved.
