Summary: install tv_grab_eu_epgdata nativly with perl on windows

Initial Comment:
Hi,

since I could not run the grabber tv_grab_eu_epgdata in the xmltv.exe in cause of the double entries and the datetime-error (see https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2857465&group_id=39046&atid=424135) I tried to run the grabber nativly on windows with a perl environment.

I used the directions given in the exe_build.html under the cvs. Some steps I could not take. I could not install the Expat, because in the zip-File were no installation-program and no explanation on how to install it.

Further I could no find the moduls XML-LibXML-Common, PerlIO-gzip, XML-LibXML and Lingua-EN-Numbers-Ordinate.

When I run the makefile.pl the routine always told for the tv_grab_eu_epgdata, that there are missing some dependencies like the DateTime::Format::Strptime module, so I could not compile the grabber. I do not know whether I would be more succesful if I would use an older version, because over the CVS I always got the newest version.

Does anybody know, what I did wrong?

Fabian Hoffmann

Message:
closing this as the grabber appears to be part of the prebuild executeable
now, see #3484845
