Latest windows version 0.5.61 does not contain tv_grab_fi. Updated to latest version and tried to configure -> tv_grab_fi is not a valid command.

Message:
tv_grab_fi now requires the JSON module which I can't get to build on my
old system. That's why it's not in xmltv.exe
