Here in Wales channel 4 HD has been replaced by s4c HD on the FreeviewHD DVB-T2 mux.
uk_rt is correctly showing s4c HD as available in this area, but also has channel 4 hd too.

Message:
Just updated channel configs to include a Freeview-specific entry for
Channel 4 HD that excludes Wales in the list of available postcodes. This
should stop it from being configurable on this platform.

I have also added an additional S4C configuration to permit it to be
configured on platforms other than Freeview and Virgin outside of Wales.
