Summary: tv_find_grabbers is too slow

Initial Comment:
tv_find_grabbers is too slow and mythtv gives up waiting after 25 seconds.

Mythtv insists that this is xmltv's problem to solve because it resulted in code changes made in xmltv and that tv_find_grabbers used to take less than a second before those changes.
