Hello,
I have just commited an check for valid iso-8859-1 characters to
ValidateFile. test_grabbers find just one grabber / data source
hitting the new check. Which is way less then I expected!
name. (single right quote, windows-1252 0x92, instead of apostroph,
iso-8859-1/windows-1252 0x27)

Testing tv_grab_se_swedb
file contains bytes without meaning in iso-8859-1, maybe it's
