Initial Comment:
The tv_grab_nl grabber has a cutoff range of 300 for the channel_id. TVGids.nl has since added a lot more channels that are above that range like BBC 3, BBC 4, Hallmark, MGM, some Discovery digital nets, a few Nederland 24 channels, some digital nets from MTV Networks, Fox Life and other channels. As of today the highest ID the site has is 404 for Fox Life.

Please update the range of channel_id from 300 to 500 on line 1162 in the tv_grab_nl file.
