[Xmltv-devel] remove tv_grab_re?

I get an error when I run --configure for tv_grab_re (can't call method look down)

Karl also pointed out that it hasn't passed a download test in a while.

Any objection to removing it from the Makefile?

I've no time at the moment, but I may try to resurrect it over the
summer as long as _re's current listings source is still available.
