With Radio Times leaving BBC (as OFT cleared it yesterday) has anyone tried to seek confirmation that the XML TV
listings will remain available for free?

Who would one seek confirmation from, at this embryonic stage?

The BBC (who are offloading the service and will have no control over
its future) or the Radio Times' new owners (who may not even be aware
it exists as a service)?

I think it's too early to know who the best contact point is, but
watch this space as events unfold.

Cheers,
Nick

Maybe Darren Anvoner would know who took it over ... he was responsible for it but has since moved from BBC Worldwide (in 2005) to Honda.

I do agree that it is probably too early to get confirmation but might not be too early to influence.
(I don't use it but thought it was worth a head's up)
