[Xmltv-devel] Preventing anonymous posting to the trackers

Hi,

I'd like to disable anonymous posting to the trackers, as it makes it
hard to get back to the posters. And now that sourceforge accepts lots
of OpenID providers no one is forced to register just to post a bug.

Any objections?
