@Robert: who should get the syncmail for the CVSROOT module? Supposedly
its a good idea to send it to one project admin instead of the list.

what's Syncmail? You mean the notifications when something is committed?

exactly. But it wasn't working anymore since the sf.net incident last
year. (likely because $CVSROOT is not set anymore)
As sf.net provides a shared installation of syncmail I just changed the
path to that. Nice side effect, we don't have to keep syncmail up to
date ourselves. (So instead of something old from ~2001 we now likely
have the latest and greatest ... from 2006 :)

While there I noticed that the CVSROOT module changes get sent to some
address I did not recognize. It belongs to Jerry Veldhuis.
